The story of "The Chileans"🦁 is about Passion 🔥, Dominance ⚽ and Winning 🏆.

At the beginning things were not easy as the coaches had to focus more of making players believe on the playing philosophy of the club. As we wanted players to play BEAUTIFUL ROMANTIC ATTACKING FOOTBALL that will attract and amaze the spectators. It was not easy as after 2/3 months we would loose players due to the players lack of commitment and sacrifice to the club. We totally wanted a culture that demanded our players to be professional from an early age and from the first day at an early age we teach them what is important is FC CHILE. No player bigger than the club.
We wanted to be unique on how we operate as FC Chile. The first year was not easy as we couldn't WIN a single tournament to boost the players morale but we fought very hard to make sure we get recognition, trade mark and respect by playing a brand of exciting ⚽football that is in line with modern football. By the end of our first year we could only celebrate players who were promoted to go play at SAFA Transnet school of excellence and Supersport United.
In the second year the philosophy was clear and now our next challenge as coaches was to indirectly introduce more of a winning culture. We would make our sessions very competitive and very demanding as we wanted players to be lively, energetic and creative. We would push them to the edge and that showed with Dominance in their home township of Tembisa and outside Tembisa. The players managed to Win 2 tournaments and one was won at Ema 7 Easter U13 champions and the next one was Dido Sports Academy tournament with us being crowed U13 champions and lastly most special one, The league, being crowned U13's Midrand LFA champions was our biggest Goal of the year. We played old Academies during the year 2018 and our boys grew Confidence in every match as they showed Dominance and Won every match against their age group.
